Despite claims of eco-friendliness, the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) provided to me were misleading, failing to accurately disclose the presence of hazardous ingredients such as Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) and EDTA, among others. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about the authenticity of their eco-friendly assertions. Furthermore, the SDS contained numerous sections inaccurately marked as "N/A" in critical areas related to hazardous information and environmental toxicity, which is alarming. Such omissions and inaccuracies not only compromise safety standards but also betray a significant lack of transparency and professionalism from M. Zhao and Wendy. The situation is quite disheartening, as consumers rely on accurate and honest information to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to products is a serious issue that cannot be overlooked. It is disappointing to witness such a blatant disregard for consumer safety and environmental integrity. Mr. Zhao is very rude!
